    Bright Smiles needed to reduce phone call volume for appointment scheduling and provide patients with clear treatment information before their visit — all while meeting healthcare accessibility standards.

    The process

    We conducted user research with their patient base, designed an accessible interface that meets WCAG guidelines, and built a booking system that syncs with their practice management software.

    What we delivered

    An accessible, patient-friendly website with online appointment booking, detailed treatment pages, a team introduction section, and an FAQ that reduced repetitive phone calls by over half.

    Phone calls for appointments dropped by more than half. Patients find what they need on the site and book directly. It freed up our front desk completely.
