IJFysio is a physiotherapy practice in Amsterdam IJburg specializing in pain management, rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, and lifestyle guidance. Their previous website was outdated, harder to use on mobile, and made it difficult for new patients to quickly understand the clinic's services or get in touch. For a local healthcare practice, that creates unnecessary friction at the exact moment someone is ready to contact the clinic.
The process
We mapped the patient journey from first search to first contact, focusing on the information and actions patients need most when visiting a physiotherapy website. The new structure makes services, specializations, contact details, and location easier to find, while the content is better organized and the experience more interactive through tap-to-call, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and copy-to-clipboard actions. On mobile, the site is designed around practical next steps so patients can call, message, or find directions in a few taps. We also carried out mobile usability and performance checks to make sure the site feels fast, clear, and dependable in everyday use.
What we delivered
A fast, bilingual, mobile-optimized website in Dutch and English with clearly structured content, improved navigation, and local SEO foundations for Amsterdam IJburg searches.
