Praxium
An AI-first practice management platform for Dutch clinics, handling intake, scheduling, and insurance claims in one secure system.

The challenge
Dutch clinics juggle patient intake, scheduling, billing, and insurer claims across disconnected tools. Praxium needed a single platform that met KNGF, NZa, and Vektis standards while staying intuitive enough for non-technical staff to onboard in under 30 minutes. Every feature had to be GDPR-compliant and hosted entirely within the EU.
The process
Healthcare workflows shaped the architecture from day one. Each module, from intake to declarations, was built around compliance requirements first, then refined through iterative testing with real clinic staff. Regular feedback loops ensured the platform matched how practitioners actually work, not how a spec document said they should.
What we delivered
A complete web platform with AI-assisted intake, conflict-aware scheduling, digital patient dossiers, and automated insurance claim processing aligned with GDS 2025 and NZa 2026 standards. Non-technical staff can manage the full workflow without training beyond a guided onboarding.
What's next
Praxium is in active development, with a closed beta launching late 2026 for the first wave of partner clinics. Through 2027, the platform expands with deeper Vektis claim automation, KNGF-aligned reporting, multi-location scheduling for clinic groups, AI-assisted treatment planning, and integrations with the lab and imaging providers Dutch clinics rely on. Each release is validated with real clinic staff before it goes live.
